It is our pleasure to invite you for the LuxDoc General Assembly 2020 on Saturday 8 February at 16h00. The GA will take place in Room BSC-E00-001 at Campus Limpertsberg, 162 A Avenue de la Faïencerie, Luxembourg City.
At the General Assembly, the current LuxDoc committee will present the current state of affairs of the association. The General Assembly will then elect next year’s committee.
All registered LuxDoc members are invited to put forward their candidacy for the LuxDoc committee. New committee will consist of a President, a Treasurer, a Secretary, a Webmaster, Communications officers, Event officers. These functions may involve several hours of work per month. The committee is responsible for organizing social and professional events and for representing the interest of early career researchers before institutional partners such as the University, the FNR, and the Ministry.
Participating in the LuxDoc committee enables you to enlarge your professional network and to acquire leadership skills.
